R.J. Konkoleski

R.J. Konkoleski is the Chief Executive Officer of Helping Heroes, Inc. He is a graduate of Wheeling Jesuit University in Wheeling, West Virginia. He holds two bachelor’s degrees, one in Political Science and one in French Language. He also has earned a Certificate of French Language & Culture from the Sorbonne University in Paris, France, as well as a Certificate in Grant Writing.

His extensive experience includes numerous executive leadership positions in the regional non-profit sector. He has demonstrated success in roles responsible for fundraising, planned giving, events, marketing, public and media relations, advertising, comprehensive brand management, and facilities management. In addition, he has served as chairman of several state and national fundraising professional development organizations.

R.J. is a Fourth-Degree member of the Knights of Columbus and a member of Lions Clubs International, having served as District Governor in 2011-2012. He serves as Council President in his hometown of Adena, Ohio and is the founder and President of the Adena Historical Society.  He and his wife, Laura, have two children; Catherine and Ray.
