The SSVF Program was created to improve the overall housing stability of very low-income Veteran families, by assisting families transitioning from homelessness to permanent housing and preventing at-risk families from becoming homeless.
Services We Provide
Under the SSVF program, Helping Heroes will provide eligible families with financial support, case management, and assistance obtaining VA and other benefits, which may include:
- Financial Assistance to those who qualify
- Housing placement
- Budgeting Assistance
- Benefits Guidance
- Job placement assistance
- Referrals to other agencies when needed
- Records Requests
- And many more services.
